An explosion on Saturday killed at least 15 people - mostly policemen including two senior officers including the chief of police of the northern Pakistani city of Peshawar, news reports said.
The officer, Malik Saab,a deputy and a local administrator died when a suspected bomb blast rocked the route of a planned procession to mark the holy Muharram month of mourning in the Islamic calendar, according to the Jang newspaper website.
