A Squid with an estimated of about 39 feet long and weighing an estimated 990lbs has been caught by a fishing crew of New Zealand in the Antarctic waters.”I can assure you that this is going to draw phenomenal interest. It is truly amazing,” said Dr. Steve O’Shea, a squid expert at the Auckland University of Technology.
