capital of Caracas.”He has been trying to export his kind of radical populism and I think his behaviour is threatening to democracies in the region” said the US deputy secretary of state John Negroponte.According to the Congressional Vice President Roberto Hernandez, this law has been passed so that Mr Chavez could “urgently set up the framework for resolving the grave problems we have”.
