In a report it has be noted that that Universal Music Group is suing MySpace for “allowing people to illegally upload videos and of providing the technology for users to share the content with others.”

“Our goal is not to inhibit the creation of these communities, but to ensure that our rights and those of our artists are recognised”
said Universal Music Group.
